100 years old design influences…..

This multi-residential apartment development will hopefully start to emerge from the ground in 2023. The building itself is a reflection of it’s Nedlands locale and speaks to the art deco vernacular of some of the suburb’s original residences. Our brief was to look to the organic and curvaceous designs of the period for interior design inspiration, and we referenced it in both form and materiality.
